Thomas Etheredge is accused of lying to investors who helped him build the failed Wild West World theme park in Park City. 

Etheredge is facing multiple securities fraud charges in Sedgwick County District Court. 

Kansas Securities Commissioner Chris Biggs is prosecuting the case.
